We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team at Schaffer Services LLC. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of residential and commercial properties by planting and maintaining flowers, trees, and shrubs, and ensuring that the grounds are clean and well-maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plant, water, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Remove weeds, dead plants, and debris from gardens and grounds
• Use hand and power tools, such as shovels, rakes, and trimmers, to maintain gardens and grounds
• Mow lawns and trim hedges and trees
• Fertilize plants and grass
• Monitor plants and trees for pests and diseases and take appropriate action to prevent damage
• Install and maintain irrigation systems
• Maintain and repair gardening equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Gardener
• Knowledge of gardening techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
